Privacy
Short version: we collect what you send us so we can reply to it, we do not sell it, and one email makes it stop.
Who we are
Aistma builds and operates a WhatsApp assistant for construction project teams whose projects run on cloud-based project management and collaboration platforms. Reach us at mutaz.hassan@aistma.com for anything on this page, including a request to delete your details.
What we collect from this website
- What you type into the demo request form: your name, work email, company and project, and your message.
- The page the form was submitted from, and any campaign parameters in the address bar, so we know which of our own materials brought you here.
- Aggregate visitor counts. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.
What we collect if you receive email from us
We contact people in construction organisations at their business addresses about a product for their work, on the basis of legitimate interest. We record your business contact details, where they came from, and whether a message was delivered, opened, or replied to.
Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and replying "stop" works just as well. Either one adds you to a suppression list that is checked before anything is sent, so you will not be contacted again from a later list — including if your details reach us from a different source.
Project documents, if you become a client
This is the part that matters most, so it is stated plainly. Aistma reads your project platform through API credentials that your own organisation creates and can revoke at any time. Documents are fetched when one of your named users asks for them and delivered to that user. We do not build or retain a copy of your document register, and we do not use your project content to train anything.
Before any pilot begins, the specific arrangement — what is processed, where, for how long, and who at your organisation controls access — goes into a written agreement. Nothing on this page replaces that document.
Who else is involved
Running the service means using other companies: hosting and network providers, an email delivery provider, the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta, and the provider of the language model that interprets questions. They process data on our instructions to deliver the service. We do not sell your information to anyone, for any purpose.
How long we keep things
Demo requests and business contact details are kept while there is a live commercial conversation and for a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Suppression records are kept indefinitely on purpose — that record is what guarantees we do not contact you again.
Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email mutaz.hassan@aistma.com. No account or form is required, and we will not ask you why.
Changes
If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
